Scope of role
To manage and be accountable for the entire private and public sector regional operations. To work independently whilst collaborating with other Departments when required. To ensure alignment to the business strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities but not limited to:

Assume end to end accountability for delivery and business growth;
Organise the region to support the strategic objectives of the business;
Constantly evaluate business processes and needs;
Propose, reengineer and implement valueadded services;
Customer contract management;
Ensure deliverables are in place as per the applicable Service Level Agreements
Coordination of technical projects and improvement initiatives;
Build relationships with potential customers and identify potential sales opportunities from existing accounts;
Identify and support the acquisition of new sales opportunities;
Prepare and manage operational budgets (Capex and Opex);
Assist in Ontec's financial management through accurate monthly invoicing; improvement of DSOs and optimising of operational expenses;
Monitoring and management of all reports and reporting;
Oversee the execution of bids, tenders and all related activities;
Lead, motivate and develop the employees of the Department as per their KPA's;
Perform regular administration and management activities;
Management of regional staff, subcontractors, office, assets;
Ensure alignment to the business strategic objectives;
Internal coordination of central support functions (Vending, IT etc);
Implementation and management of applicable ISO standards;
Implementation and management of Health & Safety standards;
