Scope of role


As a Partner Relationship Manager, you will manage special projects, the Partners, and customers across Africa to ensure the acquisition and maintenance of partner relationships and ensure partner sales opportunities are optimised.


Key responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Develop and direct project management operations and strategic planning to meet the company's goals.
  • Provide overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project delivery.
  • Establish procedures to set productivity and quality targets to assess results for all projects.
  • Respond to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinates solutions.
  • Monitor and analyse project standards to identify problems and to propose operational improvements and cost saving for future projects.
  • Identify and maintain key partner relationships with relevant clients.
  • Identify and maintain relationships with various partner stakeholders including the strategic decision makers for the Sub-Saharan territory.
  • Ensure that partner expectations are managed and complies with all contractual obligations; Implements partner feedback systems to establish and evaluate partner client satisfaction.
  • Performs an operational support role for the business by implementing partner relationships that are aligned to and address the company's objectives.

Key requirements:


  • Appropriate Tertiary Business / Technical qualification preferably Engineering focus;
years related industry experience;
years managerial and people management experience;

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent relationship management skills to drive increase in revenue;
  • Travel to existing and potential customers geographically widely dispersed;
  • French speaking will be advantageous.
