We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as an OOH Consultant.

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our mission to source nurses across various specialties, midwives, and home care/healthcare workers.

Responsibilities:


  • Handling inbound/outbound calls.
  • Booking nurses/healthcare professionals in to shifts.
  • To assist and provide the highest standard of customer care.
  • To have an efficient telephone manner to take accurate information and update the system.
  • Achieving daily/ weekly and monthly KPI's and hours target.
Our nurses are at work around the clock so there are some key skills required to be working with us:


Skills & Experience Required:


  • Recruitment experience within any industry is a must
  • Out of hours experience is incredibly beneficial, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Working under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of MS excel.
  • Dedicated and reliable with strong attention to detail.
  • Customer service driven.

  • Applicants with a strong desire to work in a fast paced, high energy and vibrant environment.
  • Ambitious, financially driven and talented communicators who are capable of delivering excellent customer service in a target driven role.


As a consultant in the Out of Hours team, you will be working UK hours, 5 days per week including weekends and the team rotates hours and days when required.
