ICG Medical is a dynamic and rapidly growing healthcare staffing solutions provider, operating across international markets. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Bid Writer to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa.

As a Bid Writer, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our organization by crafting compelling bids and client proposals, ensuring our services are positioned competitively in the healthcare industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Bid Writing: Prepare persuasive and well-structured bids in response to tenders, requests for proposals (RFPs), and other business opportunities. Collaborate with various teams within the organization to gather relevant information and insights, ensuring that all bids align with the company's vision and objectives.

Client Proposal Development: Contribute to the creation of comprehensive client proposals that showcase ICG Medical's capabilities and value propositions. These proposals should be tailored to specific client requirements and aimed at building long-term partnerships.

Presentation Design: Demonstrate proficiency in creating visually appealing and professional PowerPoint presentations. Your skills in presentation design will be essential in delivering impactful pitches to clients and stakeholders.

International Focus: Primarily focusing on bids in the UK and occasionally in Australia, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our expanding international presence. There may also be occasions where your assistance is required for bids in the United States.

Location and Reporting:
Based in Cape Town, you will work two days a week at our office.

During the interim, you will report directly to the Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) and collaborate with regional and global teams.


Qualifications and Skills:

Exceptional Writing Skills: Strong written communication skills are essential, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

PowerPoint Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is a must. You should be able to design engaging presentations that effectively convey key messages and data.

Collaborative Team Player: As a Bid Writer, you will collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders. A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work harmoniously in a fast-paced environment are crucial.

Time Management: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare staffing and recruitment industry, particularly in the UK and Australian markets, will be advantageous.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing bid requirements, client expectations, and international time zones as needed.
