We are looking for a talented Seller Growth Manager with a marketing mindset to own seller communication channels and drive initiatives that set sellers up for success on Amazon.

You will partner with business and operations teams to drive new initiatives aimed at improving, automating, or streamlining processes that drive seller growth at scale.

Key job responsibilities

Partner with senior stakeholders to build roadmaps and execute initiatives to achieve business goals.
Partner with teams to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones, and drive delivery.
Gather and analyse data to uncover opportunities to drive seller growth on Amazon.
Set up performance management mechanisms and track selling partner performance on a day to day basis.
Write reports/documents that detail the progress to leadership on a frequent basis, influencing strategy.
Improve, streamline, or eliminate excess processes, playbooks, or team tools.
Operate autonomously; clear blockers and escalate appropriately.
