Job Description/Duties:

Financial Administration for the company.
Handling the daily financial duties, as well as ensuring accurate

record keeping and complete reporting.

Loading all Payments Receipts and fully processing the

Cashbook.

Budgeting, financial forecasting and performance reporting.
Formulating, developing and maintaining financial processes for

the company to ensure continuous improvement.

Invoicing, compiling management accounts, oversight of group

creditors and debtors.

Leading and managing all balance sheet reconciliations, VAT

calculations and submissions.

Stakeholder engagement and management.
Processing Month and Year end closure on Quicktrav.

Minimum Requirements:

Financial Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification.
5 years' experience in financial Administration roles within the

travel management sector.

Well-versed in Excel and PowerPoint.
Quicktrav, Amadeus and Pestel knowledge preferred.
Strong leadership skills.
This role is only open to South African citizens currently

residing in Gauteng
