    Description

    Registered Structural Engineer / Technician Durbanville Market Related Salary

    A well-known manufacturer of Hollowcare slabs and pre-cast structural elements is seeking a Registered Structural Engineer / Technician to grow with the team. Your role will be to design, draw, plan and oversee the manufacture and installation of Hollowcore slabs and other pre-cast structural elements.

    Qualification:

    BEng / BTech in Civil Engineering

    Skills & Experience:

    Design slabs and structural elements for residential and commercial buildings

    Calculate loads and stresses

    Prepare designs and drawings

    Good problem solving skills

    Reputable technical skills

    Fluent in English/Afrikaans

    Excellent communication skills

    Quotation and Costing of projects

    Sound problem solving ability

    Conduct site inspections and liaise with site staff

    Minimum 2 years experience

    Must have experience on Prokon and AutoCAD

    Job Description:

    You will design and reinforce Hollowcore concrete slabs and structural elements for residential and commercial buildings.

    You need the ability to learn quickly about the fast-paced Hollowcore industry.
