ITCBA - LEARNERSHIP


We are looking for graduates with matric plus post matric NQF qualification (minimum NQF4) to provide a 12 -month learnership programme in contact centre and financial services whilst providing work experience as a Debt Collection Agent.


Requirements:


  • Must have Matric Qualification with Post Matric Qualification (NQF4 to NQF6)
  • Unemployed South African Citizen
  • Resides in the Western Cape
  • Aged
  • Good communication Skills
  • MS Office proficient (windows, word, excel)
  • Ability to work shifts
  • Ability to navigate and multitasking
  • Affinity towards technology/apps
  • Affinity towards financial services
  • Resilient and results orientated
