JOB ROLE
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Matric qualification is mandatory.
- Relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage.
- 3 years' experience as a Dialer Administrator or in a similar role, preferably in a debt collections environment.
- Managing dialer solution software is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of contact centre operations is essential.
- Knowledge of MS SQL Querying
