Role Clarification & Key Performance Areas

Minimum Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) and at least three years Higher Education academic administration experience
  • Excellent office management, minute taking and report writing skills
  • Experience with data capturing, processing and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability in utilising digital media electronic tools for effective communication
  • At least three years' experience in Marketing
  • A valid driver's licence

Added Advantages

  • Working knowledge and or experience of a Student Enrolment Management System
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and without supervision

A submission of a portfolio of evidence in drafting newsletters, annual reports and organising events is a necessity
