    Experience Needed To Be Considered : Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
    • BCom Degree in Accounting / Finance / business related field, candidate must have Finance Management / Finance 2
    • A property related degree advantageous
    • Must be a SA born citizen with a valid drivers license and own transport
    • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
    • 4+ years' experience in property investment / property finance structuring
    • 5+ years' experience in business management
    • Experience in banking, sales, marketing, and business investment
    • Experience in sourcing clients, analyzing financials, and drafting investment reports
    The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
    • Take complete ownership of financial management, income, and expenses
    • Oversee the end-to-end property investment process with a specific focus on deal sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring and portfolio management
    • Actively participate in various committee meetings
    • Prepare / present detailed investment proposal reports
    • Develop / execute marketing strategies
    • Strategically cultivate and maintain relationships
    • Actively manage client relationships and regularly participate in management meetings

    Salary: Market Related.
