We are looking for a highly
driven,
hungry for business,
energetic and
strategic Business Development Executive to drive continuous growth with this highly innovative software company.

The company's main client focus is FMCG, Food & Beverage and Restaurant industries, but having the ability to identify and market the product to other industries that can make use of this software, will showcase your strengths in out of the box growth strategies


The must haves for this role is at least 3 years experience in business development/sales growth positions (proven business development initiatives). Relationship building (having an account management mind set) is also key. Strong problem solver with business and sales acumen
Must be able to travel nationally.


Duties listed below, but not limited to this:

_ Overseeing the growth of Sales_

  • Creating new opportunities and acquiring new customers
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and maintain associated activity necessary to generate new sales
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to win new business
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities
  • Prospecting using platforms like LinkedIn and research platforms
  • Managing of leads and tracking them through Sales Tracker
  • Create proposals and present these to clients timeously
  • Recommend solutions to any difficulties faced by the clients
  • Identify current market trends and identify product enhancements
  • Research competitor product and share insights with team
  • Meet or exceed the agreed sales targets

_Managing and maintaining client Relationships_

  • Do Live demo and trainings to new and existing clients
  • System Implementation, Training and Account Management
  • Develop strong relationship with Clients and influential people in the trade
  • Perform ad hoc account management functions with key staff

_Provide training to Clients_

  • Training of new and exciting clients on the specific app and Portal
  • Ensure training content is updated and relevant
  • Maintain training records of each client
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and document

_Promote a positive company culture_

  • Put customers, stakeholders, and the community at the heart of all decision making
