SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER
Our client a National blue chip Training company based in the Vaal Triangle has a vacancy for a experienced, goal driven and energetic person with the following:

Requirements:

Degree in Marketing or Businessrelated field.
Minimum of 7+ years work experience.

Must have own vehicle

Track record of success and/or contactable references
Strong team working skills.
Computer proficiency.
Organised, driven and committed to learning
Strong work ethic and value
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident, selfmotivated and must be able to display high levels of initiative with a strong bias for action
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work confidently and effectively in a team and deliver through staff under your management
Must possess excellent selfmanagement practices
CETA, QCTO, MQA, TETA knowledge will be an advantage
Travelling is required

Duties and Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Sales Teams for the development and promotion of sales
Promotional analysis, planning, and implementation
Strategic Planning and Risk Assessment to grow the contribution to overall business sales
Organisational Development which includes and is not limited to:
Recap performance and progress with Branch Managers and Sales Teams on a regular basis
Maintain a flexible and adaptable mindset by continually evaluating, revising and responding with agility to meet rapidly evolving business and training needs
Infuse local expertise & knowledge of the branches into brand plans for tailored and localized approach
