Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing the loading of logistics creditors into the system.
  • Conducting reconciliations of logistics creditor accounts.
  • Compiling payment imports and loading them onto the bank.
  • Handling the loading and allocation of payments made on the system.
  • Addressing ad hoc inquiries from logistics creditors.

Requirements:


  • A financial or relevant qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience (12 years) in a similar role.
  • Background in logistics and finance preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capacity to manage high volumes of transactions effectively.
