Description

The Internal Sales Administrator is responsible for processing local and / or global export sales orders and assisting in expanding existing / developing new markets.

Serve as a point of contact for customers with regards to products, quotes and orders
Receive and review enquiry documents
Generate quotes and follow up on orders
Provide customers with product specifications, clarification and technical assistance
Ensure accuracy of Technical drawings, pricing / costing, part and quantity
Capture and process orders on Syspro in accordance with applicable work instruction
Liaise with production on order status and lead times
Provide customers with accurate order progress information and track updates
Maintain electronic master sales order file ensuring accurate and complete job status
Resolve customer complaints / queries
Attend sales meetings when required
Provide support to Regional Sales Account Managers
Ensure all sales documentation, administration is in order and filed correctly

Qualification / Skills / Knowledge Required

Grade 1
Ability to read and interpret Technical Drawings
Knowledge of Conveyor systems highly advantageous
Proven track record in Internal Sales and Customer Service within the manufacturing / engineering / Mining environment
Computer literacy in MS Office, previous experience on Syspro will be an advantage
Excellent planning and organising skills
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
Resourceful and efficient under pressure
Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
