Description
Receive and review customer enquiry documents

  • Generate quotation ensuring part number corresponds with technical drawing
  • Liaise with drawing department on technical changes if or when required
  • Ensure pricing corresponds with customer requirements / order
  • Submit quotation to customer
  • Communicate with customers on order status as and when required to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is complete submit to Finance department
  • Coordinate with various departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Record and report customer complaints to ensure timeous resolution
  • Reschedule incomplete jobs
  • Ensure information flow to sales and production on all unfinished / late jobs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service
  • Sales office administration

Qualification / Skills / Knowledge Required

  • Grade 1
  • Technical Qualification (Mechanical) Highly beneficial
  • Ability to read and understand Technical / Mechanical Drawings essential
  • Previous experience within Mechanical Part Manufacturing essential
  • Computer literacy in MS Office, previous experience on Syspro will be an advantage
  • Excellent administration and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
  • Resourceful and efficient under pressure
  • Good problem solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
R30, R35,000.00 per month
