JOB PURPOSE:

***To provide secretarial and administrative support in a well organised and timely manner to the Auditing Team and Partners.

***
CORE FUNCTIONS
***- Pending administrative services to four Partners

  • Preparing presentations and proposals for the Partners
  • Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
  • Liaising with clients with queries and directing them to the relevant people
  • Preliminary drafting of correspondence on Partners' behalf
  • Diary management and timesheets
  • Planning, organising and finalising logistics for conferences and meetings, including all travel bookings and catering

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Planning and Time Management
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Tact and discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages
  • Experience working on Efiling advantageous

REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric
  • 35 years Administration / Clerical experience
  • Secretarial experience is an advantage
