Audit Partners
JOB PURPOSE:
***To provide secretarial and administrative support in a well organised and timely manner to the Auditing Team and Partners.
***
CORE FUNCTIONS
***- Pending administrative services to four Partners
- Preparing presentations and proposals for the Partners
- Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
- Liaising with clients with queries and directing them to the relevant people
- Preliminary drafting of correspondence on Partners' behalf
- Diary management and timesheets
- Planning, organising and finalising logistics for conferences and meetings, including all travel bookings and catering
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Planning and Time Management
- Written and verbal communication
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Tact and discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Experience working on Efiling advantageous
REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- 35 years Administration / Clerical experience
- Secretarial experience is an advantage
