Responsibilities:
- General office administration
- Taking in of stock on the SAP system
- Working on in house computer system
- Purchase orders
- Assisting with stores administration and stock control
- Liaison with department in terms of invoicing
- Assisting with job coordination (job cards, scheduling with client, arranging with teams)
Salary:
R6, R7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- High School (matric) (required)
Experience:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (required)
- ADMIN: 2 years (required)
