Responsibilities:


  • General office administration
  • Taking in of stock on the SAP system
  • Working on in house computer system
  • Purchase orders
  • Assisting with stores administration and stock control
  • Liaison with department in terms of invoicing
  • Assisting with job coordination (job cards, scheduling with client, arranging with teams)

Salary:
R6, R7,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • High School (matric) (required)

Experience:


  • Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (required)
  • ADMIN: 2 years (required)
