- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in video effects
- Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other video editing software
- Strong understanding of the principles of animation, motion graphics, and visual effects
- Good eye for composition, color, and design
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
