Qc Claims Administrator - Centurion, South Africa - Swift Human Resources
Description
Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for the assessment of all claims received from the Branches and assist with branch enquiries. To resolve all claim/ quality related queries.
Qualifications and or Experience:
- Grade 12 (Mathematics)
- Technical and/ or Mechanical Training / Qualification (Diesel and or Petrol)
would be advantageous)
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data.
- Handson commitment to getting the job done.
Duties:
- Responsible for the claims received from the Branches.
- All claims from the public to be referred to Supervisor and or Manager.
- Ensure that the correct paperwork completed by branches and that all relevant information is on the paperwork.
- Should the part and the details of the part and what can be diagnosed as the problem not correlate the part should be returned to the customer together with a report of the findings.
- If the part is defected a claim can be processed together with a report of the findings.
- All reports must be approved by the QC Manager before sending it out to the customer and or Branch.
- All the correct documentation must be completed and filed.
