Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for the assessment of all claims received from the Branches and assist with branch enquiries. To resolve all claim/ quality related queries.


Qualifications and or Experience:


  • Grade 12 (Mathematics)
  • Technical and/ or Mechanical Training / Qualification (Diesel and or Petrol)
years' experience in administration of claims and or 5 years in counter and part sales (
would be advantageous)

  • Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data.
  • Handson commitment to getting the job done.

Duties:


  • Responsible for the claims received from the Branches.
  • All claims from the public to be referred to Supervisor and or Manager.
  • Ensure that the correct paperwork completed by branches and that all relevant information is on the paperwork.
  • Should the part and the details of the part and what can be diagnosed as the problem not correlate the part should be returned to the customer together with a report of the findings.
  • If the part is defected a claim can be processed together with a report of the findings.
  • All reports must be approved by the QC Manager before sending it out to the customer and or Branch.
  • All the correct documentation must be completed and filed.
