Creditors Controller - Property
Rondebosch
Our client, a leading property management concern seeks to appoint a Creditors Clerk with at least 3 _years Creditors experience _
within the property industry. Previous experience on MRI & We Connect U would be advantageous.
Skill Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a Creditors role
- An accounting qualification will be advantageous
- Previous experience on MRI and We Connect U will be advantageous.
- Intermediate to Advance Excel skills.
- Strong reconciliation skills.

Key Performance Areas:

Creditors
- Reconciliation of control accounts
- Ensure the clearing of open orders & unpaid creditors
- Approval of bank transfers
- Manage takeon administration relating to new buildings
- Provide backup and support function
- Archiving of supporting documentation
Reporting
- Vendor data changes via procurement department
- Interest paid on overdue accounts
- Reimburse landlord for interest paid
- Blocked items (captured documents, but not paid)
- Audit assistance and feedback on reports
- Outstanding Invoice report on procurement (orders)
- Credit balances on Creditors
Salary:
R18 000,00 - R23 000,00 per month
Experience:
- Creditors experience in the property industry: 3 years (required)
