    Description
    beBee Professionals is seeking an Administrative & Secretarial Specialist to join our team in Vereeniging. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the team.


    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Answering and directing phone calls
    • Scheduling meetings and appointments
    • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
    • Maintaining filing systems
    • Assisting with special projects
    • Providing general administrative support
