Job Title:
Assistant Marketing Manager
Location:Midrand, Gauteng

Working Hours: 08h30 - 17h30
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Objective:
As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for researching new marketing opportunities for the company pertaining to.

This will involve using primary and secondary research tactics to determine target audience behaviours, such as their interests, dislikes, and personality and considering how they could affect the company's marketing strategy.

Through research, you will need to find out where a target audience finds their products and services and how they move through the sales funnel.

You will be required to effectively provide assistance to the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

No Responsibility

Gather and analyse information to identify new markets and customers,

demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.

Organize internal and external publicity activities to increase brand exposure

and generate leads through exhibitions, workshops, webinars, forums, road shows and other industry-related events.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning to assess

and ensure the sale and profitability of products.

Participate in promoting the brand through social media, SEO, PR, influencers,

industrial website collaboration, and advertisements (Google, Facebook,
LinkedIn, TV & radio).

Organize internal and external publicity activities to increase brand exposure

and generate leads through exhibitions, webinars, forums, road shows and other industry-related events.

Analyse data to evaluate and optimize the performance of the branding,

advertising, and promotional campaigns, recapping all marketing channels with the monthly and quarterly reports.

Advise and allocate the marketing budget spend throughout the marketing

calendar & implementation plan.

Coordinate marketing strategies with the sales, marketing agency,

headquarters and other regional departments.

Job Requirements:

Educational Background/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, branding, business administration and others in relative fields.

Work Experience/ Skills
Have more than 5 years of marketing experience.
Relevant marketing experience with water meters is preferred.
Excellent English in Speaking, listening and writing.
Proficiency in the operation of digital marketing platforms/tools such as social media,
Google Analytics, Wordpress, Semrush, Ads platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) etc.
Capable of giving design directions or familiar with basic design software such as
Photoshop, Canvas, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro etc
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities.

Salary:
R15, R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
