Qualification required:
- Matric
- 1 year secretarial qualification at NQF5 level
Knowledge & Experience:
- 3 years secretarial experience in a similar sized organisation
- Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- Carrier conditions of insurance
- ISO Procedures
- Job descriptions and work procedures
- Branch organisational structure
- Problem solving and accuracy
- Good Written and Verbal Communication
- Team player
- Planning and organising. Situation analysis

Overall Responsibilities:
- Type, copy, file and distribute documents
- Manage and maintain the Branch Managers diary, and setting appointments
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Arrange meetings / training
- Office
- Arrange trips and functions
- Coordinate office and building maintenance
- Maintain personnel records and attend to personnel issues
- Order and control of stationery and office consumables
- Comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System
