    beBee Professionals is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Pietermaritzburg.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.


    The ideal candidate should have:

    • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
    • Ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries
