    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for an experienced Event Planning and Catering Specialist to join our team in Witbank. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing events, as well as managing catering services.


    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and catering, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute events, including selecting venues, arranging catering services, and managing budgets
    • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
    • Ensure that all events are executed according to plan
    • Manage catering services, including menu selection, food preparation, and service
    • Monitor event progress and make adjustments as needed
    • Ensure that all events are completed within budget
    • Provide excellent customer service to all guests

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and catering
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of event planning software
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
