am a competent HR Analyst with excellent experience in HR analytics ,Recruitment and Talent Acquisition ,communication and interpersonal skills, together with a proven track record of achieving HR objectives at all operational levels (Administration, Project Management, Data Analyst to Acting Operational HR Lead , ) including advance project management. I have 17 years’ experience in Human resources and sound knowledge of all areas within the HR field including but not limited to Analytics, Recruitment, Talent Matching, Organizational development, Talent benchmarking, Management and engaging with Unions and other stakeholders and project management delivery. I am currently working in a leading mining company and looking forward to providing HR leadership to meet multi-disciplinary Operational needs across all functional level of the company. I have project management skills within the Business Improvement field and have successfully delivered on a Cost Saving Initiatives resulting in Financial benefit, including a formal section 189 process and restructuring and labour availability improvement projects. I’m currently employed as a HR Analyst functioning as HR Specialist incorporating roles such as recruitment and talent specialist and Business Improvement at one of the leading mining companies. I have experience and skills as HR specialist and servicing a large workforce over various functional locations. My daily responsibilities include but is not limited to addressing Matters of union interaction, recruitment and selection, talent acquisition, payroll, HR analytics and delivering a leadership to create a culture. Daily queries, disciplinary actions, succession planning, line manger interaction such as org structure planning, labour planning and succession planning. I take pride in my performance and commitment to deliverable standards as a priority, adding to this as project management and improvement. My biggest accomplishment has been an export plant closure ,establishing a pregnancy life cycle platform and leading a labour avaibility project with successful implementation, including implementation of skycom system, implementing standards, necessary facilities such as express rooms and being in an active leadership role within BBBBEE and disability. I have excessive skills as generalist and do belief that the success of the company starts with the best talent match to the operation need. Further more I have been part of a project team-HR Stream working towards restructuring for optimal labour utilisation and financial savings, I have shown expertise in Project Analyses and Labour implementation and have successfully delivered on Section 189 deliverables
I have successfully delivered a project in Operational plant closure with Business impact on both Production and Labour. I have applied numerous initiatives to equip myself with the necessary skills to act on challenges and tasks encountered throughout the project life. I have eliminated all impacts on labour force and transferred into accommodating role for all employees. The necessary interactions with various stakeholders were task to ensure compliance and alignment and key of communication during this task. We have measured the Project impact throughout the process and adjusted the necessary measures as plan continued.
