Staff management
Ensure all company Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to at all times. Thoroughly follow up on compliance action plans, completing actions timeously.
Conduct continues in Store staff training to ensure team meets exceptional high service levels.

Ensure that all staff receive a comprehensive induction and that new employees have returned all relevant engagement paperwork prior to commencing their employment with the company.


Manage day-to-day in store operations and assist staff where required. Prepare and conduct a productive pre-shift meeting with Store Team. Customer service
Handling customer concerns on the spot and by helping staff members resolve customer concerns. Handle customer complaints effectively with the intention to ensure return business and further exceeding customer expectations.
Log all customer complaints to customer care to make contact with customers if/when required. Store finances Ensure that the cash handling and store banking procedures are adhered to.
Prepare Daily and Monthly reports. Maximise store profit performance by monitoring & reducing cost of sales and controllable expenses.
Minimize voids, error corrects, negative invoices and recalls in store. Stock Control

  • Order sufficient stock for sales to customers keeping trends and events in mind.
  • Maintain all par levels of stock according to sales requirements
  • Maintain chiller/s and pastry display par levels according to daily requirements minimizing wastage
  • Ensure grab & go chiller are sufficiently stocked for sale to customers.
  • Conduct stocktakes and investigate and resolve variances on the day. Store Operations
  • Maintain high levels Health & Hygiene in Store and ensure correct setup is completed.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service in store to retain and grow customer base.
  • Maintain high freezer, chiller and grab and go standards.
  • Check that daytoday processes are followed in the Store to ensure efficiency.
  • Launch of new products in Store.
    Communicate and facilitate maintenance requirements for Store.

  • GAAP & Hospitality: 1 year (required)
  • Barrister: 1 year (preferred)
