Salary
Package includes Basic Salary between R15K and R19K + Incentives + Medical aid and provident fund contributions.


Description
Your main function is to provide excellent customer service consistently to service clients at a very busy franchise dealership.


Requirements:


  • Previous working experience as a Service Advisor / After Sales Consultant at a franchise dealership for a minimum of 3 years with specific brand preference.
  • Specific brand / OEM training and working experience required.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills including Kerridge / Evolve / Pinnacle / Automate
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • The ability to handle conflict situations and a pressurised customer service environment.
  • Clear criminal record
  • Clear credit record (no judgements)
  • Valid driver's license

Job Types:

Salary:
R15 000,00 - R19 000,00 per month
