Description

As a Service Bookings Clerk, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the Service Department. You are the first point of contact with the client and this is a very important role.

  • Customer Interaction: Meet &

Greet Customers:
Welcome customers warmly and professionally;

Record Concerns:
Listen carefully to their vehicle-related concerns and accurately record them and update personal and vehicle information.

  • Service Coordination:

Appointment Scheduling:
Efficiently schedule service appointments for repairs and maintenance; check for campaigns; check service and maintenance plans etc.


Requirements:


  • Previous working experience in a high volume franchise dealership of 3 years in this position is a must.
  • Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with vehicle systems and repairs.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage appointments and workflow efficiently.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using service management software Kerridge / Evolve
  • Minimum Senior Certificate / Matric
  • Driver's License
  • Clear Credit and Criminal Record

Job Types:

Salary:
R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
