We are seeking a Contract Manager for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape.

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

3+ years' experience in service industry
preferably from a solution contract sales industry
Tertiary qualification preferred
Valid drivers' license and very good MS Office knowledge
Experience in selling soft services / similar services
Knowledge of cleaning sector, SA Law & HSE

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Manage and ensure costs remain within budget and promote costs
Extract and analyze reports
Maximize the utilization of workforce, supplies and equipment
Ensure financial performance achieves targets in revenue and marginal growth
Managing the cost and quality for labour, materials, supplies and subcontracted services
