Eastern Cape, East London****We are seeking an HR Coordinator & Admin Assistant for a permanent vacancy based in East London,
Eastern Cape

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
***-
Grade 12 with Degree / Diploma in HR
***:
-
Proficiency in HR legislation, regulations and standard processed and practices
***:
-
Must be proficient in IR
***:
-
5+ years experience in Human Resources
***:
-
Proficiency in MS Office
***:
-
Good communication skills in English, with Xhosa beneficial
***
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:***-
Co-ordinate HR processes as per requirements (personnel changes, overtime, onboarding / induction of employees, training records, job descriptions, training, attendance registers, competence / skills matrices, probation period assessments)
***:

Co-ordinate HR processes as per local instructions (human resource needs, onboarding checklists, employee motivation framework, new appointments, training effectiveness)
***:
-
Maintain personnel records where appropriate.
***:
-
Liaise with HR consultant on HR and IR matters
***:
-
Identify and assist in resolving absenteeism and late-coming trends
***:
-
Schedule disciplinaries and maintain records
***:
-
Administer load shedding schedule
***:
-
Resolve wage-related clock-in and payroll queries (liaise between waged staff and payroll administrator)
***:
-
Provide assistance to payroll administrator as and when required
***:
-
Facilitate shop steward meetings and co-ordinate resolution of tabled matters
***:
***:
-
Administration of HR and IR-related Policies & Procedures

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
