    CORE PURPOSE OF JOB

    Reporting directly to the Dean of Students: Division of Student Life & Development, the position requires a person who at times would be working independently and extended hours. The incumbent is responsible for executive office management, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical support duties. It requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to provide information and service to a wide range of internal and external contacts. Ability to interface with students and compile and consolidate documents. Knowledge of the University and departmental policies and procedures are required.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • National diploma or Bachelor's degree (M+3) qualification in a related field
    • 3 - 5 years' relevant working experience in an administrative role in which competency has been gained
    • Advanced MS Office skills
    • Ability to interface with students from various backgrounds
