Description
We are recruiting Customer Advisors to deliver amazing service to our client and their customers whilst working towards meeting performance targets and standards in the BPO Contact Centre industry.
This campaign deals with Technical Support and Broad Band experience in a BPO environment, Must be able to trouble shoot.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Grade 11 / Grade 1
- Matric
Minimum of 1 year experience as an advisor within the Technical and Broad Band BPO environment/Minimum 3 years+ in a Customer Service BPO environment
:
- Utilities would be an advantage
- Must be available to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays in line with client requirement
- Clear Credit and criminal record check
- Computer literate
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a BPO Contact Centre is essential
Salary:
From R8,330.40 per month
Education:
- High School (matric) (preferred)
