An industry leader in the manufacture of rigid plastic packaging, has an opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to join their Sales Team, based in Pinetown.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience

Matric certificate with Mathematics
Diploma or Degree is advantageous
3 years working experience in a Customer Service or similar role
Excellent Computer Skills: Intermediate/advanced EXCEL (SAP will beadvantageous)
Strong planning and organising skills
Customer Orientated
High attention to detail with strong numeracy skills
Ability to multitask
Sense of urgency and ability to communicate this on all levels
A positive attitude and a passion for excellence
Ability to make tough decisions
Ability to energize others

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Maintaining outstanding customer service and excellent customer relations
Managing Customer backorders and updating all relevant parties
Administering and maintaining all documents pertaining to the customer's orders
Coordinating delivery requirements with the Distribution team
Ensuring that deliveries are made in accordance with the objective of satisfying the Customer's requirements
Providing Customers with required reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
Preparing Price Increase Letters
Updating and ensuring Customer Information in SAP is correct

Remuneration
R Basic + Benefits (Medical Aid and Provident Fund)
