    Description
    DUTIES &


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Outline the main daily duties, tasks and responsibilities of the position.

    Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

    Capture quotes, purchase and sales orders in Pastel Evolution.

    Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time

    Assist with the sales process by following up on leads.

    Report any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately

    Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends.


    Skills Required:
    2+ years' sales support experience

    A sound knowledge of the Pastel Evolution platform

    Strong knowledge of MS Office suite

    Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.

    Ability to work under pressure, and to bring a good measure of energy to the job.

    Experience in Customer Services or in interfacing with customers is an advantage.

    Good Understanding of IT Hardware and Software beneficial.

    Salary:
    R8,000.00 to R10,000.00 /month
