Duties and responsibilities:***-
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
***:

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
***:

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
***:

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
***:

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Continuously improvement through feedback.

Greet and assist customers as they shop for new products.

Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers walk out the door with everything they need.

Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling.

Organize, rotate, and stock shelves during each store visit.

Participate in sales meetings and on-site training.

Deliver presentations and demonstrate products to customers.

Check that merchandise has price tags or labels.

Ensure hazard counts are completed and finalised daily.

Ensure infographics are displayed neatly.

Attend all stocktakes as set out in the policies and procedures.

Place security tags on stock items.

Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Retail hours will be applicable (Saturday and Sunday) every second weekend
