Graduate Recruitment Admin

  • Managing all administration for on campus CLPs/signed CLPs, vacation programmes, university career days and events;
  • Scheduling of interviews / assessment days
  • Maintaining and updating the graduate recruitment database;
  • Assist in the execution of recruitment and promotion activities these include but are not limited to on campus events, interview days, student society events and vacation programme events;
  • Assist in coordinating the Winter and Summer Vacation programme;
  • Assist in drafting the vacation programme, allocating students to departments, booking speakers and venues for the different presentations;
  • Ensure that graduate recruitment marketing materials are distributed to the various universities;
  • Assisting with collation of annexures required for drafting of admission papers and all queries relatedthereto;
  • Ensure timeous processing of invoices.

Human Resources Admin

  • Providing feedback on HR queries within the specified timeframes;
  • General HR administration support for the relevant HR Business Partners;
  • Coordinating and facilitating assessments and biometric checks;
  • Assisting with collating outstanding documentation of new starters (onboarding);
  • Preparing interview packs for panels as required;
  • Coordinating and scheduling probation discussions with all new starters
  • Coordinating and scheduling performance enhancement discussions with internal stakeholders;
  • Filing and ad hoc administration;
  • Maintaining HR records;
  • Diary management when needed for the HR Business Partners;
  • Assisting with Wellness initiatives;
  • Register new starters with Discovery Healthy Company;
  • Ensuring that all new legal practitioners are registered with the Legal Practice Council
  • Western Cape);
  • Inform the Legal Practice Council (Western Cape) regarding new starters and leavers;
  • Capturing of leave where required;
  • Checking Monthly leave reports;
  • Assisting with leave queries;

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cape Town,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
