Responsibilities:


  • Assess ICT infrastructure requirements, develop a rollout plan and budget, and project manage the various elements of implementation.
  • Evaluating potential ICT risks and developing costeffective mitigation strategies, budgets and project managing the various elements of implementation.
  • Evaluate ICT training needs and present viable training solutions to HR.
  • Analysis of business processes to propose control and efficiency measures.
  • Daytoday management of the ICT Team.
  • Provide input for insurance of ICT assets.
  • Monitor data backup in accordance with retention policies.
  • Ensuring smooth takeon and standardisation of new users and secure removal of ones that leave the organisation.
  • Oversee planned and unplanned maintenance and support activities.
  • Management of the Relationship and service delivery from external service providers
  • Review of Telecommunications costs and budgets and propose structure changes and costefficient methods.
  • Deliver Ah-Hoc small ICT solutions/tools expected of a person of this skillset.

Requirements:


  • A Computer Science / similar degree with proven experience in ICT Management (+5yrs)
  • Experience in management of a small/mediumsized ICT Team
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships with managed service providers, hardware and software vendors, consultants, and internal ICT resources
  • Working knowledge and experience of DevOps (development/project management/active team participation) within the Microsoft Technology Stack, particularly some/all of the following:
  • Azure
  • SQL Server


  • Office 36

  • SharePoint On-Premise / Online
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
