- Minimum of 5 years experience in underground mining operations
- BSc degree in Mining Engineering or related field
- Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
