    Our client is looking for an experienced Cold Kitchen Chef to join their company.


    Requirements:

    Matric
    2 to 3 years experience in Cold Kitchen environment


    Responsibilities:

    Managing food production and quality control of all meat items in the cold kitchen
    Create exceptional cuisine for the cold kitchen section of the banquet menu.

    Take care of all physical aspects of cold kitchen operation, supervision, preparation and serving of food, equipment maintenance, cleaning, and quality control.


    Salary:

    R 7500 to R9500
