Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:


  • To have knowledge of reception duties within a medical practice, doctor patient confidentiality and how to create a good patient experience
  • Must have Sage Accounting One Experience
  • Efficient diary and appointment management
  • Capturing patient information timeously and accurately
  • Liaising with patients in professional and organised manner
  • Preparing patient lists
  • Inroom collection of payments and receipting
  • Conduct InBody analysis
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar medical receptionist position
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Bilingual
  • Computer literacy
  • Exceptionally wellpresented and professional
  • Build professional relationships with doctor and patients to promote patientdoctor interaction
