Description
Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
- To have knowledge of reception duties within a medical practice, doctor patient confidentiality and how to create a good patient experience
- Must have Sage Accounting One Experience
- Efficient diary and appointment management
- Capturing patient information timeously and accurately
- Liaising with patients in professional and organised manner
- Preparing patient lists
- Inroom collection of payments and receipting
- Conduct InBody analysis
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar medical receptionist position
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Bilingual
- Computer literacy
- Exceptionally wellpresented and professional
- Build professional relationships with doctor and patients to promote patientdoctor interaction
