    RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Civil/Structural Engineer to join our client's team.     In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on a variety of projects. As a Civil/Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structures, ensuring their stability and integrity. You will work closely with a team of engineers to develop innovative solutions, utilizing your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will be involved in project management, coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conducting feasibility studies and site inspections to assess project requirements and constraints
    • Performing detailed calculations and analysis to determine structural integrity and stability
    • Designing and preparing technical drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
    • Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution
    • Managing and overseeing the construction process, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and standards
    • Preparing reports, progress updates, and cost estimates for clients and stakeholders
    • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
    • Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil/structural engineering
    • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and structural analysis software
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards
