Description
Butchery Shop Managers required for butchery stores throughout the Western Cape.


Our client is looking for experienced individuals with a strong work ethic who can effectively and efficiently implement and manage store operations and controls.


Remuneration:
R25 000 basic negotiable and dependent on experience


Minimum Requirements:

  • A Matric Certificate
  • 3+ years management experience of a butchery store
  • FMCG principles knowledge
  • A Butchery qualification highly beneficial
  • Valid drivers licence

Duties will include:

  • Perform people management functions
  • Ensure client satisfaction of all customers
  • Ensure product and stock availability through effective planning
  • Take responsibility for all quality control activities
  • Stock management functions
  • Manage all hygiene and safety activities
  • Conduct various ad hoc responsibilities to assist the Team
