Butchery Shop Manager - Durban


Salary:
Highly negotiable remuneration package dependent on experience


Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Store (Butchery) Manager. Completed Grade 12 certification Drivers Licence and own Vehicle Clean Credit and Criminal record

Duties will include:

  • Daily Cash Ups
  • Managing cash in transit
  • Opening and closing of shop
  • Managing stock take
  • Ordering and receiving
  • Pricing and GP calculations
  • Temperature Controls
  • Shop Displays
  • Staff Management.
