Responsibilities:


  • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the restaurant's performance and profitability.
  • Train and mentor restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between frontofhouse and backofhouse operations.
  • Assist in creating and updating menus, as well as planning and executing special events or promotions.
  • Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting and cost control initiatives.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Detailoriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
