REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant degree qualification
  • Advanced experience with setting up large scale exhibitions of a luxury brand
  • Excellent network and contacts in Cape Town for hosting exhibitions
  • Strong communication skills written, verbal and presentations
  • Highly organised with planning, prioritisation and project management skills
  • Excellent computer literacy

DUTIES

  • Identifying the project's goals, objectives, and scope
  • Creating a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required to develop the project from start to finish
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of everything involved in this large project
  • Managing budgets according to outlines and liaising with head office in France
  • Developing project scopes and objectives that will involve all relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Developing project scopes and objectives in line with stakeholders and ensuring the correct resources availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage any changes in project scope, scheduling and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Ensure all teams are in line and ready for the deadline start date and are within budget

Salary:
R negotiable dependent on experience
