Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain, manage, and grow relationships with customers.
- Updating the relevant systems with accurate information.
- Audit all client liaison active accounts.
- Liaise with internal and external parties.
- Requesting of statements, payment, and invoices.
- Adhere to schedules to ensure all targets are met.
- Provide support and assistance to other management teams.
- Keep accurate record of own work activities.
- Following company processes and procedures.
- Liaise with finance and legal department to provide required information and acquire necessary documents.
- Providing consistent and accurate feedback to management and relevant parties regarding escalated departmental queries and/or discrepancies.
- General administrative functions.
- Behave with great professionalism.
Preferred Qualification and Experience:
- Matric/ Grade 12 essential.
- 23 years Client Liaison Officer experience.
- 23 years of home loan and credit/finance experience.
- Computer literacy skills (Microsoft office)
- Working knowledge of call centre system, processes, CRM and business operational rules.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Clear credit and criminal record.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Time management.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Driven and meticulous approach to all task
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town,
Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
