Key Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Maintain, manage, and grow relationships with customers.
  • Updating the relevant systems with accurate information.
  • Audit all client liaison active accounts.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties.
  • Requesting of statements, payment, and invoices.
  • Adhere to schedules to ensure all targets are met.
  • Provide support and assistance to other management teams.
  • Keep accurate record of own work activities.
  • Following company processes and procedures.
  • Liaise with finance and legal department to provide required information and acquire necessary documents.
  • Providing consistent and accurate feedback to management and relevant parties regarding escalated departmental queries and/or discrepancies.
  • General administrative functions.
  • Behave with great professionalism.

Preferred Qualification and Experience:

  • Matric/ Grade 12 essential.
  • 23 years Client Liaison Officer experience.
  • 23 years of home loan and credit/finance experience.
  • Computer literacy skills (Microsoft office)
  • Working knowledge of call centre system, processes, CRM and business operational rules.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Clear credit and criminal record.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Time management.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Driven and meticulous approach to all task

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cape Town,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
