Claims Administrator you will be responsible for effectively managing the claims process with service providers and to ensure that claims are processed and concluded timeously.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising internally and with service providers to ensure resolutions to claims logged.
- Providing necessary document and final decisions when claims are closed.
- Managing claims queries.
- Assessing and investigating of claims logged.
- Recording of incident reports and recoveries.
- Preparing related invoices.
- Arranging claims meeting with management for approvals.
- Processing credit checks.
- Loading and updating customer information and documentation.
- Related reporting and administration.
Requirements:
- Matric and completed finance or claim related qualification
:
- Experience in a logistics environment is essential.
- FAIS accreditation is an advantage.
- Experience on freight billing system.
