We are looking for an ambitious junior paid media campaign manager to join our dynamic team of PPC specialists. You should be passionate about digital advertising and marketing with a can-do attitude.

You should have experience managing PPC campaigns and are looking to expand your skill set.


We're looking for someone to assist our team with managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn ad platforms, as well as working with tracking and reporting technology to manage performance campaigns effectively from start to finish.


If you're the kind of person who fist pumps after seeing your first conversion, loves to get granular creating custom audiences, enjoys learning and working with other digital specialist departments, likes understanding how your work impacts client businesses and takes pride in your outputs, then we'll get along perfectly.

If you're looking for a new challenge that exposes you to the entire supply of PPC services and channels, working on an awesome portfolio of clients (e-commerce mostly) alongside a hands-on manager and can hit the ground running with our guidance, then we want to hear from you.

Brief summary of main duties include but are not limited to:

  • Media research, data collection and aggregation
  • Quality control of target audiences and placements
  • Campaign setup across paid media platforms (social media, search, shopping and display)
  • Budget management across channels and campaigns
  • Effective campaign optimisation to achieve performance targets
  • Trend monitoring to assist develop digital paid media strategies
  • Assess, plan, setup and test campaign tracking / conversions
  • Post campaign analysis, analytical media reporting with insights and recommendations

Minimum Relevant Experience required:

  • 12 years in a paid media manager role
